Warranty service includes:
- Elimination of faults and hidden structural defects. In case you find them during the warranty period.
- Repair and replacement of parts and components. In case they fail to operate during the warranty period.
We recognize customer claims and eliminate shortcomings after a specialist of the manufacturing company inspects the product, draws up and issues an official conclusion regarding the damage or broken components.
Refusal to perform warranty service is provided in the following cases:
- independent changes in the design;
- self-replacement of components;
- violation of standard operating conditions;
- damage of the structure which occurred as a result of physical impact.
